Hold yourself back, you will be rewarded

Warm gooey chocolatey brownies are amazing. Add some ice cream on top, oh wow... so good. But when you have extra brownie mixes in the house and you are the only person who really eats the brownies is dangerous. Here comes Brownie Mix Cookies! These are yummy chocolatey cookies you can easily make and add whatever you like into them. I added white chocolate chips because that's what was in the way of the semi-sweet container. I feel like it was a great choice! Right out of the oven these are just like a warm gooey brownie, but have some patience and hold yourself back because after you let them set up, they are well worth it and oh so delicious. I like that this makes a small batch and you aren't swimming in 8 dozen cookies for a few weeks. Just a few dozen and they will go quickly! Maybe this winter I'll add some mint pieces to them for some minty flair! Oh yum!

Brownie Mix Cookies
Ingredients
1 (18 oz) box favorite brownie mix
1/2 cup butter melted
1 egg
1 cup white chocolate chips (or any flavor you like)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°.
Mix together the brownie mix, melted butter and egg.
Scoop into balls and arrange on a cookie sheet.
Bake at 350° for 8 minutes or until the tops are no longer glossy.
Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack.
For best results, eat the same day they are made!
