When acting the fool, be sure to have cookies on hand.

Back in March when I thought we'd be having a bake sale for our girls' group at church, I bought cake mixes to bake cupcakes for the girls to decorate and sell. Well, COVID knocked us all for a loop. Here we sit in August, oodles of cake mixes, and no one to bake cupcakes for. I knew I had to use up the mixes but struggled with baking endless cakes and cupcakes for my family since they aren't really super fans of baked goods. Instead, I opted for cookies for work. You see, my coworkers love anything baked and since I'm there maybe a day or two a week, I kind of act like a fool when I'm around other adults. Having cookies tempers my... crazy a little, or maybe it doesn't. Either way, the cookies are yummy. I mix the sprinkles or jimmies right into the dough, that way you get extra fun in every bite.

Cake Mix Sugar Cookies
1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Sprinkles optional

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Roll into one inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet.
Top with sprinkles if desired.
Bake for 8-11 minutes or until sides begin to brown.
Let cool and enjoy.
