Easy treat in 7 layers - but line the pan

So... line the pan or don't... but if you don't - you'll fall victim to the same fate I did... stuck bars in the pan. And no, there isn't enough butter to help you out... they will be stuck. Oops. Another meeting at our house meant another round of recipes to try out on the guys. This one I was pretty sure they'd like. I remember these when I was a kid. Also a coworker brought them in one time and I tried them for the first time and loved them. I was not sure what kind of coconut - to be honest... sweetened or not - but Aldi had sweetened so that's what we went with. They had a hard time getting these out of the pan, but my coworkers ate them the following week and made their work worthwhile. Something super easy but tasty. They make a full 9 x 13 pan too so it feeds a lot since no one wants a giant bar since they are pretty rich. Easy when you need a quick to put together treat.

7 Layer Bar Recipe

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup butter, melted
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
Press into the bottom of the prepared 9×13 pan.
In the large bowl, toss the semisweet chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, shredded coconut and chopped pecans together.
Pour over the graham cracker layer in the pan, spread until even.
Carefully pour the vanilla into the can of sweetened condensed milk and carefully stir to combine.
Drizzle the entire can onto the toppings in the pan.
Bake uncovered at 350° F for 20-25 min or until the bars are golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting and serving.
