Pretty Please with Sprinkles on Top!

A few weeks ago I made a recipe that called for a partial cake mix.  Really?  A partial cake mix?  That's dumb.  Now that stupid bag keeps falling on me every time I get the sugar out of the cabinet.  When I ran across a recipe for Cheesecake Bites that used a cake mix, I thought - hey!  I have a cake mix - well, part of one, and I could use half a package of cream cheese and be in business. It was great because it made a small recipe and we got it done quick.  We being Bronwyn and me.  I mixed up the dough/batter/mix (?) whatever you'd call cake mix and cream cheese mashed together.  Bronwyn was in charge of rolling them in balls, then sprinkling sprinkles on after I dipped them in chocolate.  Why?  Because?  Teamwork... makes the dream work.  Yes - let's be cheesy, shall we?  Sprinkles are definitely her thing - she loves to eat them and sprinkle them.  Love spending time with my girl doing something we both love.  Rave reviews on these little bites.  Kind of sweet - since you are eating a cake mix - but pretty tasty.  Especially with extra sprinkles!
