One of my favorite new tools that I’ve had for a few years is a Danish Dough Whisk. They are amazing. I have two of them and couldn’t figure out how to use them or what to do with them – but honestly? Anything that needs to be stirred up and not make a big mess? This is your tool. It also is amazing to mix up raw hamburger! It goes right through the middle and mixes great, it even scraps the side of the bowl like a spatula does, but really mixes whatever is in your bowl very well. I love it. So thanks Andy!! He got them for me a few years ago and I didn’t know how to use them… now I use them all the time.
