
Stuffed Strawberries
What you need!
Fresh strawberries
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar, or to taste
1 tablespoon vanilla, or to taste
What to do!
Cut the tops and bottoms of strawberries and stand upright on the cut side.
Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth in a mixer or a food processor. Place into a piping bag, or a not so fancy ziptop bag that you don’t feel bad about cutting. Pipe into each strawberry.
I like to melt a little semi sweet chocolate and use another handy ziptop back and make cute swirls….
Refrigerate and eat!
Did you hollow out the strawberries? or just cut off the tops and bottoms? It does seem VERY easy! :)
ReplyDeleteI usually use huge strawberries and take the white part out... that's it. none of the red part.
