Apple Butter Pork Roast

How many ways can you cook a pork roast in a crockpot? There are so many… but so many include a can of cream of something soup. I wasn’t in the mood for cream of anything. So apple butter to the rescue. We made our own apple butter last year – in the crock pot – so what a perfect way to cook a pork roast! You’ll notice my pictures are few, we were hungry and wanted to dig right in. it was really good.
