Muffins that Taste Like Donuts - No really! They do!

Muffins that Taste Like Donuts - That was the recipe title. That is a serious claim. Or is it? You can have some pretty lousy donuts then trying to make muffins taste like them? Not too tricky. This recipe's claim - valid.
We had a church meeting on a Saturday morning and I offered to bring a goodie. These seemed like a good plan - I made them the night before. Andy and I made sure to test one while they were warm to make sure the claim was correct. It was. We brought them the next morning to our church meeting - they were all eaten up in no time. Although, it's certainly hard to compare them with ice donuts... they are pretty yummy with or without the claim. Certainly something we will make again.
