These are cubes of amazingness. Frozen fresh basil to be used in sauce, casserole or pot of anything.
Recipe? Um… sure… Take a handful of basil and stuff it into a food chopper with ice. Chop until it looks like a green slushy. Pour into ice cube trays, or vegetable oil sprayed mini muffin tins, freeze. Like magic - cubes of amazingness.
