Bubbling Bread of Awesome

Some things only happen when company comes to stay; Bubble Bread is one of those things – in my family. If people were staying at our house, my mom would make up a pan of Bubble Bread at night – then get up early in the morning to bake it. Waking up to that heavenly smell is amazing.
This past Christmas we were having brunch at Andy’s folks – so I decided to bring Bubble Bread. Who would love yummy awesome sticky buns?
The awesome part of this recipe is how easy it is. Seriously – 5 minutes at night – throw it in the oven, then in the morning – turn the oven on – turn them out when they are cooled a bit. Not exactly one of those recipes that is hard. Be sure to use somewhat fresh dinner rolls – or you won’t have Bubble Bread – you will have Hockey Puck bread – which is far less desirable, although still as sticky.

  1. Are these the rolls that have to rise or just the bake and serve frozen rolls?

  2. These are the frozen dough balls that rise. I forgot that Rhodes has some that just heat up.
