When my family snubs my chocolate desserts - I know my work family will embrace them. I'd made a bundt cake for a coworkers birthday and decided powdered sugar was a lame option as a topping - chocolate glaze seemed like a better one. This one whips up so fast and pours down the sides so pretty. My kids turned their noses - of course - but my coworkers enjoyed it (me too!).
Chocolate Glaze
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 – 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
Whisk all of the ingredients vigorously until smooth.
Yep. That's it! Use it to top cookies, dip apple slices, drizzle over cupcakes, or spread it over a sheet cake.
