BBQ Chicken in the Crock Pot

The crockpot is a funny thing… you throw all these ingredients into a pot of raw/frozen random chicken pieces and out comes goodness and a house that smells amazing!! I feel bad for Rusty who sits behind the door and smells it all day... I can’t believe he hasn’t figure out a way to get into the house to help himself.

We kinda tweaked this recipe a little…. I didn’t have tomato sauce… so we put in a can of tomato soup and a little less ketchup… also added some garlic because… why not?

Stuck a huge frozen chunk of raw chicken in the crockpot, poured the sauce over and away to work we went!

Oh yeah… the picture of Andy? Because he couldn’t figure out just WHY on earth I’d be taking a picture of my dinner… ehh… you know… because?
