Molded White Fish with Food Coloring Salad

My Aunt Betty makes the best crab salad and it’s not even real crab… at least we don’t use real crab, we use the imitation stuff.  Hey… call it Molded White Fish with Food Coloring Salad – it’s still pretty awesome.  Andy has issue with the whole imitation crab meat.  Plenty of discussion and mocking carried on at our house.  Eh… he can whine about it – doesn’t look like Bronwyn had a problem – she was FAR too busy watching Einstein to care.
In other news…. Every time I write crab I type crap.  Not sure what that means – just laying it out there.
Enjoy this salad – it’s a good one.
