Ahh, Miss Anika, She’s 2! When did that happen? Such a big girl - with so many teeth! This year’s cake request came her mom. Something to match the quilt she was getting from my mom. Well… I decided to go with the colors and theme – pink, green and flowers. I’ve seen some cupcakes on Pinterest that made flowers out of marshmallows – perfect! I cut the marshmallows in half diagonally and put them in a zip lot bag with pink sanding sugar. Shake shake shake! Perfect petals! I also rolled each cupcake’s edges in the same sanding sugar. Turned out super cute for a super cute 2 year old!
