Celebrating 5 with a Load of Chocolate

I’m not quite sure how it keeps happening that my niece and nephew keep having birthdays, Xander is now 5 and Anika 3.  Since their birthdays are one week apart, they have a family birthday party together.  One party but two kiddos still means two birthday cakes.
Xander is a pretty huge fan of all things that have wheels and go.  His mom is a fan of all things chocolate.  This cake?  An easy pick for both of them.  Saw this cake when I was hunting for ideas and knew it would be great.  It was quick to put together.  Three layers of cake, some frosting in between, then load up the candy.  Can’t go wrong with random cut chocolate bars.
