Mookies for the win

So if you've read along with me at all for the last year or so you might have caught the wave of change - hopefully, a healthier change. In efforts to drop some weight and be the healthiest me, I can be - I've passed on a whole lot of sweets and not so great for me food. That doesn't mean I don't want it or I don't wish for it - I just try my best to avoid it and pretend it's not there.
But let's be real - sometimes I just want a cookie. That's where mookies come in. Mookies are amazing. These are cookies made with protein powder and some other ingredients making them an indulgence that hits the sweet tooth without the waistline. They are kind of the texture of a pancake - yes a pancake, with chocolate chips in it!
I love having these cookies around to have a little something something. The recipe calls for making them huge - instead, I make them normal cookie size so I can have a little treat now and then without the guilt.

Mookies
1 serving Devotion Nutrition Angel Food Cake protein powder
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup of Truvia brown sugar
1/2 cup of non fat plain Greek yogurt
2 tsp of butter extract (or just use vanilla)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 cup Lilys dark chocolate baking chips

Mix it up and scoop 8 servings onto a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non stick. (Cookies will spread a lot, give space.)
Bake 350 for 12 min.
1 point each mookie with WW.
I use a normal cookie scoop and make smaller cookies for a smaller treat.
